The AlgoMood service is published and operated by BBC, a data and automation advisory firm for digital markets. Contact: legal@bbc.com.
The service provides informational indicators (sentiment, objectivity, urgency, contradiction risk) and Telegram alerts for users monitoring crypto markets. This information is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.
The premium subscription is offered as a yearly plan payable in one transaction through a crypto payment processor. Accepted assets may include BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and DAI depending on checkout availability. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, activated subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.
BBC is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment services. No content on the service constitutes personalized advice to buy, sell, or hold digital assets.
Crypto markets are highly volatile and may result in significant losses, including total capital loss. Users remain solely responsible for their decisions, orders, and risk exposure.
BBC shall not be liable, in any manner, for direct or indirect losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages arising from poor trade execution, interpretation of indicators, service unavailability, delivery delays, third-party data errors, or external API failures.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, BBC's aggregate liability is limited to amounts actually paid by the user over the three months preceding the triggering event, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The service aggregates content from third-party sources (RSS, GDELT, market data, AI APIs). BBC does not guarantee exhaustive accuracy, continuity, or error-free delivery from such external sources.
Reselling, mass redistribution, large-scale automated extraction, or republication of premium signals is prohibited without prior written authorization from BBC.
Advertising placements may be offered on the platform and related channels. Sponsored content is labeled accordingly. BBC retains full discretion to accept or refuse any campaign.
These terms are governed by the law applicable at BBC's registered office. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of competent courts.
By using AlgoMood, the user expressly acknowledges that BBC cannot be held liable under any circumstance for trading losses or investment decisions made on the basis of provided indicators, including when a signal is incorrect, ambiguous, delayed, or incomplete.
